Can I put Ecoshred Bed in my compost Bin, spread it on my land, or how do I dispose after use?
Ecoshred Bed is made out of Egg cartons that have come out of a Factory with a Garde A food safety certificate. This is food safe compostable material that councils encourage us to put in our compost bin. Second to this we are allowed to dispose of animal waste in these bins. The combination of animal waste and the 10mm shred gives Ecoshred Bed the ideal conditions for compost. Spread on your land or flowerbeds as a second use means it will be reused another time, this is excellent news for our environment! Unlike wood shavings that can take years to breakdown Ecoshred Bed will only take months. It’s good news for the environment all round when you use Ecoshred Bed!
